How do I keep up with what you are doing?

You may ask to be put on our mailing list, located at the top of our home page. Once registered we will send you a monthly calendar of upcoming events for you to peruse. Although, our brand new website undoubtedly gives you the best representation of what we are planning and what content we have that might be of interest of you.

What if I missed an event?

Individual event workbooks are available for purchase at a cost of $195. These include all speaker slides that were available to the attendees as well as any updates that came immediately following that particular event.

Do Ark Group programs earn CLE credits?

Absolutely! We are accredited providers in a number of states, meaning our content is presumptively approved for credit in such states. We also happily apply for approval in the remaining states, you need just ask us.

What if I have a specific CLE question?

Financial Aid Policy

Ark group provides financial aid to the following groups:

- Students

- Single attorney firms

- Non-profit organizations & associations

- Government organizations

- Non-profit law firms

We give scholarships to students, especially with a high grade point average and are studying law. All other organizations listed above are eligible for reduced fees and discounts. Ark Group requires anything in writing that states the person requesting a discount/scholarship is affiliated with one of the above categories along with a letter of consideration to Ark Group stating reason for discount or waiver of fee. We also give discounts to attendees that register in teams of two or more.

Some of our policy is on a case by case basis; for instance, if a certain firm doesn’t have the budget but has helped market the event, has a member speaking at the conference, etc…

Students must provide a letter from their university stating they are a current student in good standing.

Regarding attorneys, we provide the following guidelines to assist said attorneys whose incomes fall below $50,000 yearly:

· Unemployed Full Scholarship

· Income up to $35,000 75% discount

· Income $35,000 to $50,000 50% discount

· Income above $50,000 No discount

We also offer numerous other discount options: we offer early-bird discounts, group discounts and pre-production discounts. Pre-production discounts are 25%, early-bird discounts are 15% and group discounts begin at 20% for three or more and go up to 40% for ten or more.

Cancellation Policy for Live Events

Registrations can be submitted at any stage prior to the event, subject to availability. A limited allocation is being held and registering early is therefore recommended - in the event of the registration not being accepted by Ark Group the total amount will be refunded.
Payment must be received in full prior to the event.
All speakers are correct at the time of printing, but are subject to variation without notice.
If the delegate cancels after the registration has been accepted, the delegate will be liable for the following cancellation charges:

1. Cancellations notified over 45 days prior to the event will not incur a cancellation fee

2. In the event of a cancellation being between 45 and 30 days prior to the event, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.

3. For cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the event, the full delegate rate must be paid and no refunds will be available.

All registrations submitted by email, fax, U.S. Postal Service, FedEx or over the telephone are subject to these booking conditions.
All cancellations must be received in writing.
Ark Group will not be held liable for circumstandes beyond their control which lead to the cancellation or variation of the program.
